A fantastic opportunity has arisen for seven highly motivated people to join the Community Sports Trust - a Community Interest Company developing sporting opportunities at grass roots level in communities across Derbyshire. There are six Village Games Co-ordinators posts, and a Coach and Volunteer Development Officer (Derbyshire Dales).
  
£7.63 & £8.32 per hour
The salary for this post will be £7.63 per hour (Summer Activity Assistants), £8.32per hour (Summer Activity Leaders) In all other respects, the conditions of service laid down by the National Joint Council for Local Authorities Services Employees will apply.
 
Walking for Health Officer              
 
THREE DAYS PER WEEK 
SCALE £18,453 - £20,858 pro rata (Subject to job evaluation)
This post offers an exciting opportunity to work in rural Derbyshire, developing a walking programme which will help the council to achieve its 2010/11 Corporate Plan target of Encouraging Healthy Lifestyles.
As Walking for Health Officer you will work in priority areas across Derbyshire Dales to identify opportunities to expand the current programme, and where necessary, work with partner agencies to help achieve this.
You will also help coordinate a number of committed volunteers and also attract new volunteers by providing a network of training and support.

Casual Sports Coaches
Creative Coaching Services are looking out for casual sports coaches, qualified in dance (street, hip hop, and more) as well as gymnastics, at least with a minimum of Level 1.
They would also like to hear from you if you have cheerleading, football level 2/3, or any other sports at a level 2 or 3 recognised qualification.
If you are interested in casual work, (only as and when we need you), please send a CV or letter covering everything you do, you must have an up to date first aid certificate, Enhanced Criminal Records check, and have your own transport.
We are also looking for staff on a casual basis who are able to run Discos for us using our Disco equipment.

Multi-Sport Coaches
Premier Sport are the UK’s leading sports coaching organisation. They are looking for Multi–Sport Coaches in and around the Derby area.
This would initially be on a part-time basis ranging from 10 to 30 hrs per week.
If you have a level 1 coaching qualification in any sport they would like to hear from you.
