Ladies Fitness Defence class I have been asked to start a Ladies Self Defence class at Melbourne during the day. Probably in the morning after the school run, but this is to be confirmed. This class will form a new training group who will train once a week for 1 hour price £5 and will only be open to adults age 16 and over. What is Fitness Defence?
