Ladies Self Defence Classes

Ladies Fitness Defence class

 

I have been asked to start a Ladies Self Defence class at Melbourne during the day.  Probably in the morning after the school run, but this is to be confirmed.   This class will form a new training group who will train once a week for 1 hour price £5 and will only be open to adults age 16 and over. 

 

What is Fitness Defence?

 

The aim of a Fitness Defence is to mix Self-defence/Protection with the progressive development of the muscular and circular-respiratory system to build the following. 

 

©       LEARN TO  AEROBICALLY PUNCH & KICK IN COMBINATIONS ON THE SPOT, MOVING  AND AGAINST FOCUS PADS ETC TO DEVELOP CO-ORDINATION & PHYSICAL FITNESS

©       HOW TO DO SIT-UPS, SQUATS & OTHER EXERCISES CORRECTLY TO DEVELOP PHYSICAL FITNESS

©       HOW TO DEFEND YOURSELF AND BREAK AWAY FROM DIFFERENT ATTACKS, GRABS AND ENCOUNTERS ON THE FLOOR OR STANDING

©       LEARN THE FENCE AND GUARD.  DIFFERENT STANCES, POSITIONS AND POSTURES ETC.

©       LEARN BASIC BLOCKS IMPACT STRIKES & DEFENCE TECHNIQUES ETC

©       UNDERSTANDING DISTANCES, RANGES, ATTACKERS REACTIONS.

©       UNDERSTANDING ADAPTION, APPLICATION AND REACTIONS

©       LEARN FEAR CONTROL ETC

©       BUILD SELF ESTEEM - SELF DEFENCE - SELF AWARENESS - SELF CONFIDENCE  AND FITNESS
